How long will my membership last?
What happens if I don't renew it?

You will be sent a company check with a redemption statement for your records.

Do I as a Business Licensee make redemption commissions?
Yes, your business will be paid $1 for each certificate redeemed. Commissions are paid by the 10th of each month for the redemption commissions earned for the prior month.

How many certificates can be redeemed within a month?
You can redeem an unlimited number of certificates. Your membership grants you unlimited access to certificates, allowing you to use as many as you wish.

What is the Restaurant Coupon Offer? 
The Restaurant Coupon offer is a way for you to receive $1,000 in coupons for your favorite restaurants.

How do I use the Restaurant Offer?
You will receive a special website login to choose the restaurants you want coupons for.

What size are the certificates when printed?
The certificates are 8 1/2 by 11 when printed.

Do the certificates have an expiration date?
Yes, the certificates will expire within 12 months of being received and redeemed.

Can I personalize the certificates to have my business name and/or website address on them?
Yes, you can! You will be able to have what you would like the certificates to show in the "Compliments of" area of the certificates.

Is there an additional fee to print out the certificates?
You pay a small licensing fee allowing you to print an unlimited number of certificates at any time. If you decide to print your certificates, you will have to pay the cost to print them.

Are there any other fees associated with the certificates?
Yes, each customer pays a small redemption fee of $20 for each certificate which is extremely minimal in comparison to the value received. Any redemption or registration fee is disclosed right on the certificate.
